It’s our first time in Nepal The experience was very exciting and excellent.Sujit our server took care of us and served hot chocolate and made it more sweeter.will visit back again.

It was a great experience at the Kathmandu Marriott and like to particularly call out the wonderful experience at the Thamel restaurant. Again calling out Sujit who been very courteous and love his sense of making us feel at home.

My mum and I only had one night at this lovely hotel, our final destination for our trip was Bhutan so we just needed somewhere to have a layover. We had booked through our airline but our only regret is not booking directly through the hotel itself. We usually do this but we thought on this occasion it might of been easier to book it all through our airways for ease, but of course it wasn't. Missed communication from our airline to the hotel, but the hotel couldn't of done more for us. We were greeted by lovely Sunita at check in, who truly looked after as for our stay. She was just so delightful and it has been so long in our experiences of having such wonderful customer service. Her front of house supervisor/manager was also delightful, his name has escaped us unfortunately. Our airline had told us via email we had dinner included in our room but they had not cleared that with the hotel. The manager on his own goodwill gave us access to the lounge at the top of the hotel to let us relax and have some small nibbles that were being offered at their happy hour. It was perfect for what we needed after such a long journey. Sunita arranged a packed breakfast for us on our early departure and arranged for the hotel taxi to take us back to the airport. Our only mistake with this hotel was not booking direct, that was a big learn on our part. The rooms are as advertised online, the food prices are fair for what we are used to from Europe, service was brilliant.

A great place to relax and recover after trekking in Nepal. The breakfast buffet was high quality, and the service by Pravakar was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Kathmandu, a tranquil oasis in a bustling and sometimes chaotic city. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, the beautifully designed rooms, and the excellent facilities made it the perfect choice for my first trip to Nepal. Sarita and Roshani in the M Club Lounge were so kind and helpful - I looked forward to their warm greeting every morning at breakfast!

Right from the arrival by security and checkin staff we felt warmly welcomed. All the staff we interacted with have been warm, friendly and very accommodating. We did the Christmas Day evening Feast and loved Santa’s visit 🎅🏻 Suraj provided excellent service in the M Club lounge throughout our stay. He was friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. He anticipated our needs and ensured everything was taken care of, creating a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Suraj, Manish and Sanita’s positive attitude and dedication to guest service really stood out.

Manish has been absolutely wonderful, and genuinely attentive without ever being intrusive. His professionalism combined with a warm, personable manner made every visit to the lounge a pleasure. He goes out of his way to ensure guests are comfortable and well looked after, which truly enhances the overall experience.
