Kathmandu Marriott Hotel

We recently stayed five nights at the Kathmandu Marriott Hotel, on a very relaxed holiday. We found it a very comfortable, warmth experience, especially thanks to the M Lounge team. The lounge service was welcoming throughout. Manish, the manager, runs things with calm professionalism and keeps everything running smoothly with no fuss. A special mention to Ajay and Suraj at the lounge. They were often around in the afternoons and evenings after our day trips. They would check in on us; prepare a delicious iced lemon tea, which became a very nice way to wind down after long days out in Kathmandu. Small gesture, but very thoughtful and much appreciated. The M Lounge is a relaxed space to return to each day, and the team there made a great difference to our stay. Thank you to the team for their hospitality during our visit.

My wife and I stayed 5 nights at Kathmandu Marriott and the care and service that we experienced was exceptional. The MClub manager, Manish, and his team were all very welcoming, professional and really made our stay memorable. Manish took extra steps to check in with us daily with suggestions of where to go, what to see and where to eat. He also arranged an incredible birthday dinner for my wife that we will always remember. Our “hats come off” for Manish. I hope Marriott realizes the type of person they have working for them in Kathmandu. HE HAS THE GOODS!

Amazing ! Parash, sushmita, umesh ale , sujit are super friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to see them everyday at breakfast. They made my stay better !

Just finishing four nights at this Marriott. Having stayed nearly 100 nights in Marriott’s in the past year, I can say with confidence that this one stands among the best I’ve stayed at. The property is pristine without being sterile. It maintains efficiency without feeling like an assembly line. The service, especially at the Lounge, makes you feel like you are doing the staff a big favor for allowing them to serve you. I would like to give my special thanks to Ajay for his relentless enthusiasm. The breakfast, room service and restaurants provide both quality, tastiness and novelty. Particularly coming off the EBC trek, this Marriott feels like a gift to yourself.
