Nous avons voulu nous offrir une chambre de luxe pour notre dernière nuit au Népal, C’est chose faite ! Accueil avec un portier qui s’occupe de nos sacs à dos jusque dans la chambre et petit jus d'orange de bienvenue lors du check in. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, nous avons particulièrement apprécié les oreillers !!! Nous attendions avec impatience le buffet du petit déjeuner et mon dieu que c’était délicieux. Du sucré, du salé, des fruits, des légumes, des plats népalais, des chutneys, du fromage, des croissants et pain au chocolat, des cakes, toutes sortent d’œufs, des condiments confits... en veux tu en voilà, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Nous nous sommes régalés et le personnel est très accueillant.

Nous nous sommes offert ce type de chambre, ce sera probablement une fois dans notre vie, nous préférons les hébergements locaux et plus typiques !

During time I was stay at this hotel for 3 nights one thing I can say it was one of a good service from a local staffs at M lounge. Very friendly and helpful thanks to Miss Sorija and Mr.Suraj.

First time staying this hotel, very clean very nice, super friendly staff. Everything is new including the room, no old stuff. Try the thamel restaurant in the lobby. Delicious food, the staff was delivering exceptional service from the moment we came, his name is Sujit. Definitely will come again to the thamel.

Really amazing experience. Food is awesome. Meghana, Sujit, Sushmita, Mamata, Elina, Umesham, Paras served us very promptly and with love. Great hospitality.

Customer service across the entire hotel was phenominal. Regardless of whether you were having breakfast, dinner, needing directions to the shops or Thamel, seeking information on the use of the spa, sauna, steam room, or simply having a drink at the bar, ALL staff were incredible. As I said to my husband, despite staying in hundreds (if not thousands) of high end hotels all around the world, the staff/service at The Marriott Kathmandu, were superior.

The buffet at dinner: The food was at best luke warm, and not hot. The lights used to keep the food warm were inefficient. The same is true at breakfast; I had to ask the waitress to heat up my bowl of porridge in the microwave!

I had a wonderful stay at the Kathmandu Marriott! Everything was very clean, and the local decor was magnificent! The breakfast selection was incredible- a tremendous diversity of delicious food representing different global cuisines. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. In particular, Ajay, Arbin, and Manish made me at once feel like family and a VIP - exemplary hospitality!

This review is for the Wellness day spa. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had. After the Everest base camp trek, my muscles were sore and I had one of the ‘fitness massages’ which was like a remedial massage. The facilities are amazing. I was able to shower afterwards before getting dressed. My experience was so good I went back for a facial the next day. It too was exactly what I needed. Pries are reasonable, service and facilities are amazing. Thank you to Riya, Ten and Suswila for making my time so relaxing.
