The apartment pictures indicate that there is air conditioning on the apartment. This was not working and was advised it was broken, considering Spain are experiencing extreme heat this really mad our stay very uncomfortable, we looked for extra fans as tenp was in 30's at night the apartment is up a very steep incline which we knew bout but would not recommend if any mobility issues

Not what I booked no pool . Not a holiday apt just a flat let out for the week. . Asked to be moved as we needed a pool for my sisters who had knee replacements, ignored, asked for refund so we could book a place with a pool ignored

Charge €10 per hour for being late for check in. Checked in an hour late and charged us €20.. then proceeded to tell us that the pool was closed and air con wasn’t working. Then demanded for €20. Also a lot of building works nearby, so drilling and banging from 8am….
