For a family of 4, there was only 1 washcloth and 2 towels, when asking for more, the lady looked at me and shook her head no- wasn’t sure they had any. Breakfast was very small, no real options. Pool was closed and was not aware until checking in at the hotel. Beds were comfortable, but loading/unloading doors were not automatic, so made it harder to accommodate all the things.

The staff was excellent and friendly

Breakfast was ok. The staff were friendly and apologetic. I felt sorry for them. It seemed like they too were stuck and not empowered to do much to help. For example-- I specifically booked the hotel because of the pool. First impression: sign on the door that says the pool is out of order. The answer from the staff-- did you call the property directly to check on the pool. Should I have to do that? Booking.com should be more forthcoming.

I booked because of the pool. The pool was out of order. The bathroom had black mold, (and was missing containers for shampoo and soap). The vent in the bathroom was not set up to work--as in there was a blank space next to the light switch where you would expect to find a vent fan switch. My husband came home with a respiratory illness. He could not sleep all week. I took pictures of the bathroom if you want to see. When I went to the desk to ask if we could change rooms I was told they were all that way. Yikes. And-- why is there a "charge for incidentals"? There was nothing in the room to purchase, there was not a restaurant to order food--charging a daily incidental fee is not customer-friendly in any way. I have stayed at Marriott properties all over the world and this just made me sad for your brand. And for your staff. These people need to be able to be proud of where they work, not apologetic, or defensive. Don't do that to them. If you're not going to change, take the Marriott name off the hotel.

Bed was very comfortable. Very clean in the room and bathroom was spotless.

Staff were incredibly welcoming, the complimentary breakfast was pretty decent, and the room had a fairly modern look.

The pool was closed and upon closer inspection the room itself was in poor shape. There appeared to be black mold in the bathroom and on the curtains, the plastic cover of an outlet was falling off, and the beds were far too firm and uncomfortable.

Everything was great except the tub had lots of mold around, and also the carpet was not cleaned completely. There were crumbs around, and I found a dirty plastic fork underneath the sink.

We checked into a room with a wet carpet so we requested another room. That was quickly accomplished, which was much appreciated. Breakfast was just OK with not a lot of choices. The pool was closed, which was disappointing. The hotel is in a nice area and is easy to get to. The staff was nice, though our towels were changed 1 day out of 3 while the beds were strangely not made nor the soap changed. The beds were a little soft for my taste.

The beds were comfortable. It was fairly quiet. BUT…. The bathroom was gross. There was mold/mildew all over the shower. Like there was no attempt to clean it. It just looks like the whole place needs some repair and deep cleaning. There were stains on the curtains and shower curtain. Paint chipping all over in the bathroom.
