The cost, location, and reassigned room were clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

1.When I checked in and entered the room I was given, there was a horrible odor and appearance of what seemed to be vomit on the dust ruffle on the bed. I returned to the desk and was given a different room that was clean and comfortable. 2.It would have been nice to have been advised ahead of time that the the pool was unavailable for use the whole time I was there. 3. The side door frame was damaged so it couldn't be fully closed and locked. Certainly a safety hazard.

The breakfast was Ok.

my chief complaint was the extremely loud exhaust fan in the bathroom. I feel that the staff knew this but didnt bother to have it repaired.

We felt a little uncomfortable . The first day there were police there due to a domestic fight but the staff couldn’t help them and did not know how to . That next morning another couple that one worked there were fighting and screaming at each other . I was quite taken aback by this and they kept referring to us . It became a bit upsetting . We felt we needed to leave the premises .

This hotel is in desperate need of renovations and comprehensive staff retraining. I honestly should have left right after checking in. The first room I was assigned smelled of mildew and was unbearable. I was moved to another room, but it still had a musty odor, thick dust and grime on the curtains that turned them from white to gray, and cobwebs covering the lamps. I ended up going to the store myself to buy Lysol and Febreze just to make the room tolerable. Thankfully, I only had to stay one night—any longer, and I would have checked out. For a property carrying the Marriott name, this location is unacceptable and should be shut down until it meets basic cleanliness and quality standards. Strangely, the front desk manager didn’t seem surprised by my complaints and simply offered me points.
