Hampton Inn Duluth-Canal Park

Great location, less expensive than the other hotels on CanalPark.

I didn't realize that they gave out free water and can soda. The only way I knew was when we were checking in i saw a guest ask for it.

The lobby was very warm it felt like the heat was on.

Breakfast and pool were good. Parking was good too.

Easy check in and perfect location! We stayed in a lake view room on the third floor. The hotel welcomed us with cookies and coffee in the lobby. There is plenty of parking and the location of this hotel is within walking distance to shopping, dining, ice cream, coffee and cocktails! We would definitely stay here again!

Location and the fact that it was pet friendly Pool and hot tub room was nice and warm, which helps old bones

It was very clean. The location is convenient to everything on Canal Park. The staff was very accommodating. I watched them help someone they didn’t have a wheelchair accommodation room available for. The staff booked the next-door hotel, and Hampton paid the difference. Then one of the staff members helped the couple get to that hotel via the Boardwalk.It was just so pleasant to see that happen, and made my stay all the more appreciative.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property

Complimentary water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate was great. The welcome screen in the hotel room was very welcoming and friendly. Hot tub was nice

The shower never ran warm - only lukewarm, I also heard many other guests complain of the same thing. The breakfast sitting area didn't accommodate many people - there was never enough seats The pool was small and didn't like that we could not bring food and snacks into the pool area.
