Breakfast was amazing, fresh, everything tasted wonderful

Location was good, free parking while staying. Requested a pet free room and the pleasant gal at check-in said she checked through records to find us a room where no pets had been in for some time. Since we have allergies related to pets we appreciated that.

We tend to not stay at hotels that accept pets. We have seen too many hotels that we formerly stayed at that were beautiful facilities but after changing their policies to accept pets have now become filthy ! Stained and smelly carpets, scratched and torn furnishings, dirty and smelly linens, dog feces near entries to the hotel property, etc. And no consideration to other paying guests who have allergies to animals. If hotels are going to be pet friendly why don’t they designate certain pet friendly rooms in one particular area and avoid having guests with pets spread out throughout their property ?

Great Location and spacious rooms, Good Beds, Huge parking lot, employees were very friendly. Defenitely would go there again !

Checking in the person not friendly. Came back later to ask a question, ignored us and talking to another employee while we waited. We walked away.

Location was great. Breakfast looked stellar, but we went out for the meal - special occasion.

Thought the place was excellent, elevator a little bit slow.

The location exceeded expectations, beautiful venue, pathways along lakeside, seating areas outdoors to enjoy view, & great restaurant next door. The staff were very helpful & friendly.

The bed mattress did not meet my expection. No spring box underneath mattress nor a quality mattress on platform bed frame. I was unable to change reservation at last minute for the better hospital rate for family stay.

Under construction. Understandable But left Bins and boxes on first floor by rooms. We stayed Wednesday through Friday. Nine and boxes cleaned up in Friday for grandmas marathon.
