Completely satisfied. Clean and comfortable, handy location, and good service.

My husband uses a Walker. Our accessibility room was perfect. The Staff everywhere were very helpful. Really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Many thanks Sky City.

The self check in was easy and a staff member was there if we needed help. Car parking was easy but was $35 a night, it should be cheaper or free if you are staying the night. Excellent room and services.

Comfortable spacious clean room. Though tea bags supplied are awful tasting - in our opinion. Check in was a long wait - when already booked and have all your info and also a regular recent stayer don’t understand why it takes so long. And driving licence of all guests was a bit unusual. Automatic check out saved no time as flawed - no way to validate parking ticket so had to go to reception anyway.

Staff mostly very friendly. Reception staff would benefit from a basic knowledge of Skycity loyalty scheme,rather than proactively hiving incorrect information. Housekeeping very friendly and efficient.

Absolutely fabulous service. Rooms are exactly what we needed. Even better walking in to the view of the base of the sky tower! Warm, comfortable & exceptional service.

There were dirty clothes in the bathroom, hair and contact lenses also!

When we got to Auckland it was 9am. We had just flown in and had all our luggage with us. We were worried we would have to lug it around with us until we could check in at 3pm. The hotel was excellent, not only did they let us check in at 9am, they also upgraded our room when they discovered we were on our honeymoon. The room was very spacious, and clean. Also had all the amenities you could ever need. Centrally located in the heart of everything, we are very happy we stayed here, perfect spot for our trip to Auckland
