Very quiet, comfortable and cleanliness place. I loved!

AC, close to the beach, beach chairs, yoga mats, parasol, tv with streaming, good WiFi, hot water, comfortable bed, extra shower outside to get rid of sand etc, good service and quick replies, balcony with table and sun chairs, good security, got 2 gym bags, helpful guide book with lots of info.

Freezer didn’t freeze, price is high, wished they had a grater, surveillance camera on the balcony directed into the living room, would have liked info about this camera, shower curtain too short = water got on the floor, would have liked a door mat by the balcony to reduce the sand we dragged in from there, vacuum cleaner and a drying rack/ washing line would have been useful, map with tourist attractions/other helpful info.

Very lovely, modern, and spacious room. The amenities are excellent - beach chairs and umbrella, games, TV, an ice cube tray (which are oddly rare in Puerto Rico lodging, despite the fact that it's very hot there). Right next to a lovely beach and all sorts of eateries. Responsive and friendly hosts.

I arrived on a Sunday and I was awoken by some drunk frat boys on the roof who came back after midnight, and I happened to be super sick so I was extra annoyed because I needed a good night sleep. I asked one who walked by my room to please keep it down, which he said they would do but did not, so I texted the hosts and they responded immediately and resolved the issue quickly (which I really appreciated). The other thing to note is there is a bar (Big Kahuna) spitting distance from the guest house that was playing the worst top 40 hits; to be clear I could not hear the music from inside the room (thankfully), but I would have prefered to sit outside and listen to the beautiful nature sounds of waves and Colquis rather than Akon's Smack That, but Rincon is kinda of a party town, so it is what it is. The music from the bar was much quitter on Monday night. I took surfing lessons on Monday from the place next store and had a great time (pro tip: make sure to wear lots of sunscreen, especially on your lower half).
