The Beach Pad Puntas

It was clean. Location is great. The hosts answered our questions quickly and in a cordial manner. It would have been perfect if there was hot water and pressure. Unfortunately, this is a deal breaker for me. Although the host issued a refund and apologized, the water situation is not ideal.

No hot water Warm at best times It is marketed as beach feont but we are about 2k walk from Beach and it is surfers Beach high waves not really safe for kids or us older folk The owner refunded us half of a day since we left the next day due to loud music were we couldn't sleep Our room was the penthouse which has a flight of metals stairs to get to so if you have luggage be strong or young Like I said very nice but this area is for younger

This place was great - super convenient location just a block from the beach, very cozy studio with chairs/umbrella/etc and a nice rooftop for relaxing. A small market for snacks and drinks a few steps away and close to the handful of restaurants within the area. Would definitely stay here again.

It was clean and tidy which made it easy to maintain during the week of sand and sun; not a lot of clutter. The keypad entry was super convenient as well as beach chairs, towels, yoga mats and many other extras on site.

A “how to” manual would have been helpful and convenient to figure out how to use the conduction cooktop, where to find fan remote vs the air conditioner remote, etc.

Overall place is amazing the only thing I didn’t like was their hot water is a solar water heater so, at night there was no hot water.

The Beach pad was an eco friendly and modern place to stay for a few days. Surfing and beach is a short walk across the street and there is a burger bar, big Kahuna, next door. The music can be heard until really late at night, so if you are not partying bring ear plugs. The area is quaint with a few restaurants, a nice escape from the bustle of Rincon proper. The unit itself is spacious and modern with great surf vibe theme, ample solar powered A/C, kitchen essentials, clean soft sheets, and a nice balcony patio. Water pressure is low but that’s pretty standard on the island. Wi-Fi was really good and communication from host was super. This is a 5 star place- highly recommend!

The place was spotless and it essentially has everything you need but I did not expect the bar across the street to be blasting music from 3pm to 3am everyday. That was really disappointing. The beach is not across the street; you do have to walk 5-7 minutes to it. I really wanted a quite beach trip and this was not it. The owners are very nice and communicative, and there was hot water, but this is waaaay over priced. The pillows were probably the worst ive ever slept on, the mattress was good though and the access to all the channels on the tv was nice. But the NOISE! WOW!!! IF YOU YOU WANT A QUITE RELAXING BEACH TRIP THIS IS NOT IT.
