Lovely, friendly host and the room was very clean. Breakfast was superb. The bed was really comfy and I had a perfect night's sleep.

Bathroom was on the small side for a larger person such as myself but no major problem.

I passed a very lovely moment to the  Mooring B&B. It is quite calme and the room is confortable. Emma is plaint of attention and prepare  lovely breackfast and  It is also avalaible to catch in case of early leave. Thank you.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die uns tolle Tipps in der Umgebung gegeben hat. Super leckeres Frühstück! Die Sicht aus unserem Zimmer auf das Meer war toll!

Die Anfahrt, da viel Stau war. Dafür kann aber die Unterkunft nichts.

"A seaside gem to behold and enjoy."

Emma, the host was exceptional, accommodating, welcoming and met all of my requirements. The room was spacious enough for two, quiet location with all amenities. Emma catered for my dietary needs including GF and nut allergy, and the food was good. A fundamental positive was Emma’s personable interaction, and investment in her guests. She took the time to get to know them with genuine interest; I was in Southend to be with my mum who was having hospital treatment. Emma kindly asked after my Mum, accommodated my need to arrive late and ensured I had everything I needed to make my stay as easy and restful as possible. Both Emma and the moorings are Gems, to appreciate and behold. Thank you

Nothing to dislike. Only siggestion for improvement woudl be a TV capable of “casting “ maybe , though to note that was not an issue or dislike for me, as I was not on holiday during my stay.

Lovely location. Friendly, warm and welcoming. Room has everything you need and more.

Room was at the back of the building so lovely and quiet at night. Was a little noisy early morning though as next to the kitchen. Would still return in the future.
