Il lavandino del bagno era inagibile! Ho contattato i numeri di telefono indicati nella struttura e nessuno mi ha risposto, ho lasciato un messaggio in segreteria e nessuno mi ha richiamato! Ho segnalato il tutto ad una signora che puliva la cucina e nemmeno dopo c’è stato un seguito! Ho scritto anche una mail e nessuna replica! Ho pernottato 5 notti e non è mai stata fatta la pulizia e non hanno nemmeno reintegrato la carta igienica e sostituito gli asciugamani! Il terzo letto un divano letto che non era stato preparato e le lenzuola erano inadeguate per la tipologia del letto. Assenza di un mobile per riporre la roba da vestire

Świetna lokalizacja-Rynek Główny.

Nie miałam dostępu do internetu więc miałam problem z odczytywaniem email w której przesłano kody do mieszkania. Uważam że przdatne by było gdyby połączenie do internetu było podane przy potwierdzeniu pobytu w apartamencie. Duże drzwi wejściowe nie były oznakowane więc nie wiedziałam gdzie jest wejście do apartamentu.

Absolutely central location, very nice. Tasty decor and things generally worked really well. Also very clean (except the loo, which was somehow smelly). Spacious rooms and contained everything that was needed

When booking and looking at the room photos, there were two important things I had not picked up on: - the flat is in the third floor of a high-floored building without elevator, requiring us to schlepp our luggage 105 stairs up to the apartment - the kitchen is not part of our apartment but is a shared kitchen. It's big and really well appointed, and absolutely clean.
