Property was great and a really good location! Follow the instructions on how to find it and you’ll have no probs. Spacious and not too loud of an evening despite being on the main square.

We booked for three people but the sofa bed was not made up ready. When we left the keys in the lockbox as instructed, I was bombarded with messages that they could not find the key. A bit stressful when I’m getting on a flight. They later found the key… in the lockbox

The location was perfect. It is right on the square. The apartment was modern and very clean and the shared amenities were good.

There is no lift and the apartments are up nine flights of stairs it's a hard trek especially after a day of walking. The instructions for the codes were not clear. It turned out you had to use the first code for the first two doors, then the second code for the key box. It took us over half an hour to gain entry. Fortunately a kind man came and showed us. We could not connect the television either but it wasn't a big issue as we spent most of our time out of the apartment. I did email asking for advice but had no response.

Clean and tidy great location

The location, cleanliness and the very helpful host made it easy to rate our stay a 5 Star. We couldn’t fault anything about our stay here. The value for money is unbelievable. We travelled 2 adults, 1 18 year old son and 1 13 year old daughter. The layout of having 2 single beds instead of a double were perfect for us. We will definitely return and recommend to anybody visiting krakow (if you are able to walk up steps) as there are no lifts up-to the accommodation.

The fact that sheets and towels were not changed unless against an additional payment. Also 3rd floor meant more than 100 stairs

Internet was slow and the listing said private bathroom but it was a shared bathroom.

The best part is the location, it couldn't be better - on the Main Market Square - so only a few steps from the door to the Christmas Market. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with a large bathroom and great kitchen facilities. There were only 2 of us, but we could have come comfortably as a family of 4 for a short break. Easy access with the code for the door messaged to at check-in time. I would not hesitate to book this place again and visit Kracow - super city to visit.

I think the only negative is the number of steps from street level to the apartment, I know it says clearly there is no lift in the details, but there are a lot of stairs if anyone has mobility issues.

Firstly, I noticed many reviews highlighting the absence of an elevator in the building. However, for myself (28 years old) and my 63-year-old mother, this did not pose any significant issue. The apartment is located on the third floor, and there are landings at intervals, providing a convenient spot to pause for a brief rest if necessary. While I did carry the luggage up myself, and found myself a bit winded, I view it as an opportunity for light exercise, which I consider a positive aspect. The property boasts a fantastic location, situated just beside the Starbucks, directly on the square. It is ideally positioned, with easy access to local amenities. The courtyard is a charming feature, offering a pleasant outdoor space. The building itself is quite old, which adds character but also suggests that certain areas may show signs of age. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, though, in my opinion, they would benefit from some updating, as they feel a bit dated. The overall cleanliness was satisfactory, though there is room for improvement. The flat we stayed in did not have a private kitchen; instead, it was shared with other tenants. We opted not to use the shared kitchen as it felt a bit uncomfortable for us, but it is worth noting that there are self-contained apartment options available. In terms of value, the £170 price for the stay felt fair, though I do believe there are other accommodations on the square that might offer a slightly better experience. Despite these points, I would certainly consider returning to this property, particularly if there were a more competitive price offered in the future.

To climb 4 floors with luggage is not easy. Sharing bathroom is a bit difficult if the other guests like to take long showers.
