The front desk associate Fallon was fantastic and friendly. The lady who was cooking breakfast, Eugenia, always had a smile on her face and said good morning all 3 mornings we saw her.

My experience here at the Holiday inn Express and suites was excellent I ran into the GM Mike and he was magnificent not to mention Fallon who worked beside him was also very great at what she does they both kept a smile on their face and then not to mention walking past housekeeping they have smiles on their face also big shout out to I think it was the head of housekeeping her name may have been Gabby sorry if I did not get the names correct

"The Shuttle is full!!! Just take an Uber for $40"

Hotel seems fine. On par with an updated holiday inn express. Staff very apologetic for the Shuttle issues. Every other IHG property or Marriott has offered to arrange a Taxi or Uber. Not this hotel they said you can just arrange one and pay for it. Well the website advertised 24 hour shuttle. When asked they said the back up shuttle only has room for 4 and it’s booked full until an hour after our flight or 3.5 hours before our flight. Management needs to step up and accommodate customers for what they paid for.
