Fantastic customer service, very friendly workers at the front desk and our shuttle driver was incredibly accommodating. A great option that is very close to the airport.

It was very clean and the night desk lady was super sweet and I just love her! Don’t remember her name ( sweet older woman) but she deserves a raise!

Loved everything except the pillows were too soft. When you lay on them, your head goes straight to the bed. Everything else was great!!

The hotel itself is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. The staff truly made the stay enjoyable—especially Alice, who greeted me with a warm smile every time I passed by. Her kindness and energy were a highlight of my visit. Unfortunately, one moment stood out in a negative way. A person who I believe was the owner was loudly yelling at staff in front of guests. While the team handled the situation with professionalism and grace, witnessing that kind of behavior left a bad taste in my mouth. I would consider staying again, especially for the wonderful staff—but only if I knew that individual wouldn’t be present. They deserve better, and so do the guests.

Love this Holiday Inn! It was fresh and a beautiful Holiday Inn! I chose this Holiday Inn because it was located near Indianapolis Speedway, and it was easy to get to the museum from the hotel. With it being right off the highway and by the airport I was worried about noise but it was very quiet. The front desk staff was super friendly from our late night check in to check out. Jess and the manger were both at the front when we checked out and made us feel very welcomed and happy we stayed with them. Breakfast gives you a lot of choices and again the breakfast staff was friendly. Also very helpful when my husband and the pancake machine didn’t get along, after-all it was Monday and neither him or machine were moving along very fast.😆 I would recommend this beautiful Holiday Inn to everyone. Will be staying there again when we make our trip out to east.

Fantastic place! Jess was very helpful and everyone was super-friendly. Would absolutely stay again when passing through Indianapolis.
