Doubletree By Hilton Suzhou Wujiang

Nice and comfort stay at the one bedroom Deluxe Suite, the room come with a complimentary massage chair which I don't find it from any of other Hilton's chain hotels. The staffs at level 19 Executive Lounge are friendly, gave me a warm welcome when I first visited to the lounge. Will definitely come back again when I'm visiting to Suzhou!

This hotel has been well maintained and the room I stayed is fabulous; Room rate is fair, staffs are very helpful, will definitely come back again.

We stayed in this hotel for a family trip. This is a brand new hotel with great amenities. Hotel lounge manager Vivi is very helpful. She checks in every time we visited the lounge to make sure we have everything we need. Also she makes great cocktails!

Wrong location pinned on Hotel.com website. It’s really far from town center. We need to pay more than RMB100 per trip to get to the destination that we want to go.

A very noisy room was fixed by closing the 3 windows left open but when i did it our curtain rod unclipped and broke when it dropped. Room was nice, bed was comfortable and the pillows are excellent. Finding a table for breakfast was a bit chaotic because a large group arrived with all their luggage at one time. Both coffee machines were out of action for a while and what i thought was honey turned out to be maple syrup. There is no doubt that the basics are there it just needs a bit of time to sort out the wrinkles.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days for leisure while newly opened. While it is a little out of the way from Suzhou to see the main sites, it is a 15min (20yuan) taxi ride away from Tongli ancient town. It is about a 45min ride away from Suzhou center and probably around 90min ride from Shanghai trains. We were upgraded upon arrival with Hilton gold, and while there, the staff all provided great service, especially executive lounge and front office managers Alex and Arman. Both were top notch! We had a great time and highly recommend it. Note if you want to eat at the buffet at the hotel for dinner reserve ahead of time. No pool but had gym facilities. There are some rooms with views of canal which was lovely.
