K12 Apartments

The apartment is across a Tram station which is very easy to use it and be transferred around the city. The apartment was very warm and cozy. Never felt cold during the night, even though the weather was cold.

The bathroom ventilation was not working and also the sound form the A/C next door, was very noisy, during the night so we had to close the bathroom door in order to sleep.

Good quality for money, good spot, clean facilities, equipment and furnishings.

intense smell from the bar on the ground floor on the corridor and when you opened the window - the view from the window was advertised as "inner courtyard" but in practice it was the view to the street and also some noise from the street (see photo) - a bit noisy

L'état de l'appartement etait propre en revanche tout les lit 2 places étaient dotée de draps 1 places donc compliqué la literie s'agissant de canapé convertible n'étais pas confort du tout tres mal dormis sur le sejour Ensuite le pommeau de douche étais super sale

Everything was perfect. The location was very good. You can find everything you want close to it

All check-in information was provided by email for a fast and seamless process. This allowed us to leave our luggage in the room and start exploring the city immediately.

The apartments are a little bit hidden and there are a lot of stairs. So better be prepared for some heavy lifting.
