K12 Apartments

The studio 19/3 is really nice. Enough space to move around, kitchenette is quite all right (small fridge, kettle, microwave, stove, toaster..+ coffee and tea). Air conditioning was working fine.. so actually no complaints for the room. The location os good, not far from cafes and coffee shops and you can walk to the city center in 20 min. We also rented another studio in the same place, but the other room is much smaller. So if you doubt what to choose and need to work from the room or smth like that, choose 19/3. I also mentioned in the other review that you access the property with codes. I absolutely loved the option! No need to get keys, find reception etc.

The messaging on booking was not working, so I didn’t get the instructions of how to find the apartment and the codes.So I had to contact them on the phone and the lady on the other side was quite rude. She was just saying “check your email”. But she managed to hear me and send the instructions by text on my phone, so all was fine in the end. Also don’t count on opening your window, because the trams are quite noisy. + be prepared to walk the stairs!

We had a really good stay in K12 apartments. the room 19/1 was a bit too small, but if you don't plan to sit there all day - it's more than enough. I really loved that you don't need a key to the apartment, there are codes on the doors. So if me or my partner had to go on our own somewhere, we didn't have the burden of sharing 1 key. The room has all that one usually needs from the room: small fridge, kettle, small stove, cutlery .. We had a shower gel / soap in the bathroom. It was very hot in the city, but the conditioner in the room made our stay really comfy. Location is great: a lot of cozy cafes, places to eat. Old town is 20 min walk from the K12

The view from the room isn't great, but it's not why I rented this room in the first place :) no elevator to get to the room, be prepared to climb some stairs. If you leave the window open you will here the trams

Great location and nice apartment,two kids playgrounds nearby and most tourist atractions within walking distance.

Breakfast option was disapointing,we got same breakfast 4 days straight - boiled egg,sausage,sliced cheese,veggies ,sliced bread and orange juice. I think owner should put some tought to it as we had three kids with us and hoped this option could put as at ease a little bit.I wouldnt bother with breakfast option at all if I knew what we will be getting as it cost about 35 eur for 5 persons everyday.

Proximity to the city center and tram stops

Super noisy, walls are made of paper. I spent my first three nights listening to a guy yelling in the next room. Poorly cleaned, I found worms under the bathroom’s door due to the water that goes everywhere.

Location

The floor was extremely dirty and the pillows were not comfortable at all. The rest was very good.
