Tiffany the front desk girl was great, easy check in. The room was small but clean, wish I had read it was a double bed and not a queen, so I was surprised it was smaller than expected but it was ok. Our stay was pleasent :)

It was convenient but not very well attended and it was pretty cold. Difficult to get things done and poorly organized. It certainly is not what is shown in the picture! Quite misleading to say the least. Convenience to the ferry was the only plus but not a very nice [property. Would definitely not stay there again!

Cannot get a comfortable shower. Whenever someone else in the building uses water, the shower water turns burning hot and you will need to run out of the shower. Stayed for three nights, took three showers, none was pleasing.

It was close to the ferry and restaurants. I didn't think it was very clean, used towels in the sink cab and used soap in the shower.

There is a kitchen you can make same sample food. You can use the laundry for free. we figured out by ourself on the second day because the staff did not mention any thing when we checked in. The bed is too soft and too small to two people.

This hotel was very standard with no surprises. The only strange thing about it is that it seems to have been an office building at one time. Because of this, the layout is a bit strange and there is no heating or cooling control in the room.
