"Very comfortable, friendly and enjoyable."

The breakfast was very good. The location was excellent, in the town, but it was quiet. It was ideal for hiking, with plenty of choices where to go. In the accommodation itself, the bathroom was good with a decent shower, the bed was comfortable, there was tea and coffee in the room and the host was friendly and helpful. I hope to stay there next year.

The carpark is about 300m away which is only not so good if it's raining, not a problem otherwise. My car was safe there even if I did worry a bit as I couldn't see it! There was nothing negative about this place. I hope to go back next year.

The hosts Steve and Caz were so lovely the breakfast was amazing and the rooms were so cozy and comfy such good value for money in the centre of Ambleside!

"Ideal location comfortable clean great breakfast"

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable and quiet at night. Bathroom clean and nice white thick towels with soap and hand cream shower gel provided. Felt very safe car parking very good well organised. Host was very helpful and breakfast was first class everything you could wish for and served by very pleasant lady that was helping out she was very cheerful .
