Everything especially the bathroom where the hot and cold valves didn't work, on top of that lots of dirt and dead bugs all over the floor. Also per usual people in hotels dont change out the HVAC units filter which is gross. Also sorry for not taking photos but i will have to stay there just cause its most convenient where i'm heading ill add photos next time and you can 100% see for yourself or just go. Good luck

The room was clean and comfortable. There were charging stations provided. The hotel was conveniently located. Check in and check out was quick and easy. There were plenty of towels and other necessities.

My room key stopped working, it was fairly late when I returned, and I had a little trouble getting the attention of the hotel staff, but they did respond shortly. To hook up my computer to power, I had to move the dresser that held the TV out a little.

This is an ok hotel-- was at an event at Nelson Ledges Race Course and stayed here. This is our second time staying here. Pros-- price, quiet, easy parking at door, seems safe, air conditioner works well. Cons-- location is a little isolated from everything, shower temperature fluctuates suddenly and greatly (I'm assuming when others are showering or using water its causing hot/cold imbalance in other rooms pressure was great just shocking when temps change) but the rooms are clean enough and ok for our purpose as we stay out most of the time at car racing and events and are only there to shower and sleep. Will return next year!

this place was good for the price. i stayed 4 nights, and i was pleased with the service, however, you are limited to what you can get, to get some food, or other items you have to drive into town, but other than that. can't complain about it. i enjoyed my stay. recommend for someone who needs to stay a few nights, and don't want to break the bank.

Management is extremely friendly. We frequently have our pilots from our business stay here when they are in town. They usually recognize us when we call and always welcome our skydivers and pilots with respect when they come. We appreciate them.

The price.

The power went out for almost a full day earlier in our stay so when the AC went out on the SEVEN of our final night AGAIN and I couldn't reach or find any staff during numerous attempts to try and fix it we checked out a day early. It was very hot / humid, and I needed AC for medical reasons. Especially after the first power outage, my husband was not willing to pay for inadequate services. We left a note with the key card and requested a refund of only that night as it was only a few hours after checkout but have still not gotten any refund nor heard back. Most people would have asked for the 1st day refunded as well, but we were trying to be kind, but these types of issues twice in a four night stay are just too much. This also appears to be an ongoing problem at the hotel, so there should be accommodations / refunded monies when this type of thing happens. It was also not due to any storms. I'm hoping they do the right thing. The owners were nice people, and the property was kept up otherwise.
