The worst place

Staff/owner was very kind. The room was clean and well maintained. Check-in/check-out was easy and straightforward. I only stayed for a night but felt comfortable and secure.

No complaints for the price.

The staff was incredibly friendly. I had never been to the area before and the gentleman at the front desk gave me a few great suggestions as to where to grab food and it did not disappoint. Room was very clean and I felt very comfortable, as I was traveling alone.

This property is clean, quiet, and quaint. It's a good value for the price. The amenities are slim (this is not a resort) but you get what you pay for. A comfortable bed, and a clean, well taken care of room. For those traveling on a budget or construction, I would highly recommend. There is not much within walking distance (a fairly stocked gas station with a pizzeria) the town of Newton Falls is very close and offers pretty much anything you need in terms of basics.

The parking spaces were wide enough for full size trucks to park next to each other. Unfortunately the parking lot was so shallow I still had to drive onto the grass to get in and out. Room looked clean and was quiet. HVAC worked as expected.

These rooms obviously have not been updated in decades minus the laminate flooring that replaced old carpet. The mattress was overly soft and worn offering no support whatsoever. The faucet in the sink was plumbed backwards with hot on the right which flowed generously at a scalding temperature and the cold on the left at a mere trickle. The bath tub / shower had a two handle faucet which was plumbed correctly and flowed strongly, but the hot water was scalding hot and the cold was icy. There was no modern regulator to prevent any sudden unexpected changes in temperature. That means that ANY water use in the building results in a sudden change in temperature. This is potentially dangerous situation due to scalding or a fall trying to escape or adjust the temperature. The electrical outlets are very worn and should be replaced. Anything plugged has had the tabs splayed apart to make contact with the outlet. Something I wasn't going to do to my phone charger which fell out due to gravity.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected. However, It was very clean and offered me a good place to lay my head for the night. The price was right and air worked well.
