The Crane was beautiful and I would've loved to have given it 5 stars but for the 3 nights we were there, we took ice cold showers for 2 nights. We reported it and the next day we got a message that the engineering team had fixed it but it was just as cold as before. It was never fixed. I've stayed in less nicer hotels and I've always taken hot showers. Disappointed!

Nice quiet resort away from the party side of Barbados like 30 mins away. But a nice resort clean everyone was very helpful rooms nice and spacious.My room had a private pool clean also nice full kitchen washer and dryer in my room. Breakfast was good lunch and dinner need more opinions on menu also it need to be included in resort price. Also the pool side bar very nice. I would come here again and Barbados was a dream. Thank you

The Friendliness of the staff was absolutely incredible, it is because of them that I will return.

The Jacuzzi in my room didn't work, the lady at front desk said it would only be fixed in the morning as the technician wasnt on site (18:00), I was only there for 1 night. These things should be checked by the maintenance department prior to guests arrival, it is the 101 rule for any hospitality establishment. Also a lot of the shops said they are opening at 09:00 but this didnt happen as I walked around at 09:15 and they were still closed. I also placed a room service order, when the order came I realized that I didnt receive my drinks order so I had to phone and ask for this again.

The staff was so accommodating and professional, especially the grounds crew and taxi stand staff. The room was spacious, and the views were breathtaking.

I think it was due to rennovations, but there were very limited options fir eating linch.
