WOW, what a lovely place to stay, clean with beautiful traditional quaint decor, nice roof top view and delicious food. We only stayed one night but wished we had stayed longer. The staff were attentive and the rooms spacious and clean, only place on our travels to provide a welcome drink and fruit bowl in the room. thank you Nivas. I would recommend to anyone staying in Kathmandu.

Recently stayed at Nivas Boutique Hotel in Kathmandu, and I have to say – it was one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, warm, and comfortable, but what truly makes it special is the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were super helpful, friendly, and genuinely caring – always ready with a smile and willing to assist with anything, whether it was arranging transportation, giving local tips, or making special requests happen quickly. Their attention to detail and personal care made me feel like I was staying with friends rather than in a hotel. Every interaction was positive, and I could tell they truly love what they do. Dev the hotel manager, he made sure we got everything we needed for the trip. He arranged all the car rental for us going to Nagarkot and Pokhara. He was just amazing person that always give the best hospitality. Son and Rajin were amazing too. They always kept us companies. Never leave our side. Son always came with the stories. Amazing people. The room was cozy and clean, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. But again – what sets this place apart is the incredible staff. They really made my trip unforgettable. I highly recommend Nivas Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu. If you want comfort, great location, and staff that make you feel at home, this is the place to stay.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sauber. Das Restaurant auf der Dachterrasse war wunderbar ruhig und man konnte den Blick über die Stadt genießen.

The place is very unique - super friendly stuff, location is very close to Thamel and also the view from the rooftop restaurant is beautiful :)

Liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, was in KTM wirklich wichtig ist und doch nicht weit weg vom Thamel Durbar Square, mit einem schönen Blick vom Rooftop-Restaurant. Das Personal ist super zuvorkommend und auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen.
