Nivas Boutique Home

We had an amazing stay at Nivas - they even upgraded up to the honeymoon suite for free! Rooms are beautiful, breakfast was HUGE, the location is right on the edge of Thamel, so was fun to see a slightly different area :)

The staff are excellent, especially Son.

As a coffee drinking person maybe a few moore coffee sachets.

All aspects combined this quaint hotel is a find, very good value for money, extremely forthcoming and friendly staff, clean and spacious room, rooftop dining, that all in a safe and quiet area but close enough to walk to city centre

Sehr ruhige Lage, aber nah zum Zentrum. Tolles Frühstück und sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.

Nivas is a very welcoming hotel, from arrival to departure. The team recognizes clients and is always ready to help out. The room was spacious and bed confortable. Shower had hot water and good pressure. The rooftop terrace is amazing and the breakfasts… very generous. I enjoyed the location a bit outside Thamel. Walking in this residential neighborhood was a pure pleasure.

My stay at Nivas Boutique Hotel was excellent! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel completely at home. They assisted with everything—from local information to arranging private transport — and even allowed a half-board stay before my late flight, which was so convenient. My room was upgraded to a beautiful, spacious, and spotless suite at no extra cost. The hotel’s authentic Nepali décor gives a warm, cultural charm, and breakfast on the rooftop is a lovely touch. The location, just a 10-minute walk from Thamel, is perfect—close yet peaceful.
