The exterior atmosphere was great . Looks very pleasant. Well maintained. The staff was very good. Breakfast was OK.

The rooms were not cleaned, the floor tile was dirty , stained pillows , stains on the walls , dusty balcony, and moldy wall corners. We had a junior suite room . The water glass was not clean for a while. We had to wash by ourselves to use . There was no value for money.

Yhe location was nice. Amenities were in the same ptoperty which was easy to access.

Staff and Service Not so good. Need regular training to improve customer handling skills and politeness. Is it worth? The room was not worth 5k. Cleanliness The corridors and toilets were not clean. And it was slippery. Restaurant and swumming pool Average experience . Food was not worth for its price. Ovetall. The stay was disappointing.
