courteous and helpful staff

I booked the honey moon suite.. but i felt it wasn’t worth the price . In general the facility is not well maintained.. especially the pool.The pool tiles were even shaky and in the morning pool water wasn’t looking clean as well. Food was a let down.. we ordered chicken cutlets(which was the only option in the evening)and it was frozen cutlet heated☹️

Resort situated in Nice Location. View from the pool was awesome. Nice staff

Bathroom was not clean. Dining area is small. Congested parking. Total value for money is less.

"Worst Experience Ever!!!"

View from swimming pool

Even after reading bad reviews in booking.com, thought of giving a try. Guess what they proved again that "WE WILL NEVER IMPROVE". There is no respect for the guests. Starting from Check-in, waited for long time and worst greetings ever received. No dental kit kept in bathroom and wifi password. Had to followup more than 2 times. Even had to literally walk to reception to get things done. Thought of complaining unfortunately, General Manger was even worst in terms of greeting customer and doesn't treat well. Kept unclean mattress right infront of our room. Photo attached. Locker was not working. No universal plug point to charge phone.
