"Terrible, nothing like the photos anymore."

We felt tricked in to booking this place by the photos and reviews on booking.com. It looks good online, but looks like it has not been cleaned or maintained since the last review in December 2022. We walked back out after 10 minutes of arriving and asked for a refund. Was very dirty and worm out, dead bugs all on the ceiling, holes in bed sheets. Fake grass around pool all black and worm out. A warning for people to turn up and have a look before you commit to book. Plenty of hotel options always available in Hoi An. We went to the Little Gem and Babylon hotels instead which were both excellent.
