Hoianation Villas Hotel

We have already booked a double room with balcony. We also received the confirmation email both from Booking.com and the hotel, but when I called the receptionist to inform them that we were on the way to their hotel, she told us that the room wasn't available at that day, I got this notice 2 hours before the check-in time. When we came to the hotel, she said that this was not her fault, this was the responsibility of sale, not the hotel?!!? and after 20-minute waiting, she offered us a room which is not fully cleaned !?! What a bad customer service! How can she solve the problem by this way? How can she told to us that we should talk to the salesman about this inconvenience?

Very happy. Needed 3 days to chill for a bit not in hostels and was perfect. Booked hai van pass through them aswell. Would recommend

Clean, beautiful hotel. Fantastic spacious room. Staff is some of the best I have ever seen!!! Will stay here again!

Location a bit far away from the town center, but for many this is a good thing. Breakfast a bit average unfortunately.

The hotel was modern and kept very clean at all times. The rooms are spacious and cleaned throughly every day! The staff went above and beyond for us while we were staying there. Breakfast was included in the price but finished at 10 which we almost missed one day but they instead brought it up to the room for us! They are very helpful with sorting other services for you as well such as laundry and airport transfers! Would highly recommend this hotel as it is a great price for what you get!

We should have heeded a review about this hotel.Although the room was a good size there was nothing else about this hotel that satisfied. We had booked for a month but after first day we knew this was not the place. Booking.com listing stated it had a gym, and insuite washing machine. It has neither. The pool has dirty worn out fake grass around it and is street side! The pictures provided on booking sites is extremely deceiving. The breakfast, which we had on morning one, was hardly passable. I would not consider this a hotel but perhaps a home stay at best. The front desk lady was the one who went and made our breakfast, of which you have to pre-order the day before. After one night we cancelled and paid them for two nights. It is extremely unfortunate as if the description and pictures were accurate it would have been a great place to stay. If you are over 6 feet tall you will need to duck to get into the elevator. Luggage and two people. Forget all getting in.

The hotel advertisement and the booking confirmation stated that transportation to and from the airport was included in the rate. When we contacted them to organize it, they asked us to pay an additional 700,000 (almost the same amount as the reservation itself). On the other hand, I am surprised to read the positive reviews about cleanliness as the room was very dirty (centipedes, lots of insect cocoons on the walls and ceiling, spider webs). I do not recommend it at all.

Great staff. Free bikes. Lovely breakfast to order every morning. Nice location to the beach and old town. Great cafes and local restaurants walkable. Safe area. Super clean. Helpful staff. Nice bright spacious rooms. Easy to locate. Good pool. Staff speak good English

One thing only is that it lists a fitness center on Booking.com but doesn’t actually have one. This is easily solved by the gym about 100m away that does day passes for 50,000 ($1.50) vnd or 7 day pass for 200k. But just referencing it incase anyone is expecting a gym on site. Guy at the gym speak great English.
