Shiki Shiki Higashiyama

思っているより清潔感はあった。 なにより共用スペースがとても綺麗な状態で良かった。

最初の部屋案内メールの部屋の色の送り間違いのせいで、当日入る部屋を間違えてしまい、隣のお客さんに怖い思いをさせてしまった。 絶対にしてはいけないミスをしたことに対して、少し怒りを感じます。 建物内にスタッフがいないのは良いが、事前対応はミスなく確実に行って欲しい。

Location is great!!

I don't like for toilet that out of the room and share with others.

Shower pressure was good. Location was close to some nice small businesses.

The walls are almost as thin as the mattresses and you can hear everything on your level. A lot of the guests don’t respect the 10pm noise curfew and there’s no staff around to contact or help so it can be a really uncomfortable and sleepless stay. When I did contact the staff they were initially apologetic but then ghosted me when I asked for a solution to the problem. If you want peace, quiet and a comfortable sleep. Don’t stay here.

The location is great! I really liked the nice café next door called "Green Door" and the cute shopping street. The appartment is close to all the things I wanted to see in the city and the metro. 100% recommended for this!

There was some trash from previous customers behind the bathtub. The "purple" room has a strong smell due to the humidity in the room. We bought an air freshener and let the extractors on all night for the smell to diminish. Quite the disappointment because it was not cheap (it seems in early November all the rooms in the city are quite expensive!) The city tax is extra for all the travelers so that is fine but we also had to pay 200¥ in cash for each towels.
