Very clean and quiet place

The bedroom for 3 is too small with luggage

Keypad code door is easy for group access and good location.

The bed is a 1cm old stale sheet of foam that pretty much does nothing to stop the hard wood base from giving you scoliosis. Seriously. Do not expect to get a good sleep. You will not.

Big bath tub with a hot and powerful shower were great. The beds were comfy and the hotel is stylish.

The rooms get very humid due to now windows and insufficient ventilation which means the rooms have a certain damp smell which is very overpowering and hard to ignore. We bought air fresheners which didn’t work well. Hidden tax and towel charges needed in cash were a surprise. Since they are relatively small it would be more convenient to included them in the overall fee for simplicity.

Locatie goed gelegen.

Veel te kleine kamer. De bedden waren hard en niet comfortabel. De bedden waren niet voorzien van een “normale matras”.

The location was so convenient. Just steps from Higashiyama subway station and just down the alley from great shops and restaurants!

This hotel is in a great location, 3 mins walk from the subway and walking distance from some of the main attractions. The room looked like a traditional looking Japanese house and the beds were comfortable.

The room we stayed in (gold room) had a strong mold smell. The mold was actually visible on the walls within the room. It's probably because of the bathroom set up.

壁が薄く、廊下や他の部屋の声が聞こえる。 布団が汗臭かった。

Beautiful building, clean, quiet and perfectly located.

The futons were too thin. I like hard mattresses and futons, but these ones were too hard (probably because they are laying on a hard wood base instead of tatami?!). Maybe adding thin foam layer would help.
