Th location is pretty convenience, have small refrigerator in your own room

The hot spring is not warm enough, the water of shower is small. It would be nice to provide a reservation sheet for hot spring.

We liked the private onsens a lot (we went twice). We liked the very comfortable big beds. The staff was friendly. We slept well there. Good price quality.

We were able to store our luggage before check-in and enjoy the small onsen. If you are using the onsen, then you can lock the door and have your little orivate onsen, which is especially nice of you are travelling as a couple and usually have to relax separatly

Onsen was not very warm

The only good parts about the property is its location and the onsen.

It is very cold inside the house. There is no heater except in the bedrooms and the lobby/living room. The shared bathroom and toilet are extremely cold, and the toilet seat is also cold, unlike most toilets in Japan, which are heated. The water temperature in the bathroom is inconsistent—sometimes too cold, sometimes too hot. For the amount we paid (almost €300 per night for four people), they should install heating throughout the entire house. Cold air kept seeping into the room through the windows, even though they were closed. It’s a pity that our overall experience in this beautiful town was negatively impacted by this issue. I hope the host installs heating throughout the house in the future, not just in the living room and bedrooms.
