Location

The accommodation did not deliver service appropriately. The condition of bed and pillow is one of the worst I have ever met during my 30 years’ traveling experience.   The  mattress is too soft, and the pillow is too hard and too high.  As a result, I can not fall asleep easily.

I express my dissatisfaction to “Yufuin Sonata”.  I think the accommodation did not deliver service appropriately.  I claim that the money I had paid should be returned.  Order Number：4379952941 Check in    : December 30 Check out : December 31 The condition of bed and pillow is one of the worst I have ever met during my 30 years’ traveling experience.   The  mattress is too soft, and the pillow is too hard and too high.  Both can not help me to fall asleep.  Finally, I removed the pillow, so that I can sleep a little bit, while the soft mattress still made me feel uncomfortable. Furthermore, the air conditioner in the room did not work. As a result, the room is cold.  I had to wear all my clothes to keep myself warm.  The night temperature of Yufuin is around 5 degrees.  How come Yufuin Sonata did not keep their air conditioner in proper condition?  This is ridiculous.  Trip to Yufuin is planned to enjoy onsen, hot springs.  So, enjoying onsen is an important part of my trip. Yufuin Sonata provides two onsens, one indoor onsen and one outdoor onsen. The temperature of both onsens is not hot enough to keep me warm in the water.  This is the worst condition of my experiences of using onsens in Japan. I expect reasonable value for money.  As described above, Yufuin Sonata did not deliver service appropriately.  They should return my money that I had paid.

The outdoor onsen is Superb!

No staff standby there, you have call them for check in , I called them 3 times but no answer, I’ve to waited with anxious for almost 30 mins till they called me back
