The building is really old as well as the furnitures in the rooms. Big difference between the provided photos and the rooms in real life.

"Santa Sofia 'da konaklama"

7.0

Konumu harika. Şehir merkezinde, turistik yerlere, marketlere, tramvay ve metro durağına çok yakın. Oda ferah ve temiz. Check-in için yardımcı olan görevli güler yüzlü ve kibardı. Ortak koridordaki her bir tuvalet her bir odaya tahsis edilmiş, anahtarlı.

Oda içinde özel banyo için fiyat farkı ödeyerek 3kişilik banyolu oda rezerve edip ödemesini yapmıştım.Ancak geldiğimizde gördük ki banyo oda dışındaydı.Görevli personel kayıt yapan personelden kaynaklı hata olmuş olabileceğini, ellerinde istediğimiz özellikte başka oda olmadığını, istersek mevcut odayı iptal edebileceğimizi söyledi. Son anda farklı bir yerde konaklama arayışına girmek istemedik. Banyolu oda için olan fiyat farkını iade etseydi müşteri memnuniyeti için çok daha isabetli bir yaklaşımda bulunmuş olacaktı... Ortak alan mutfakta kettle olsa kullanışlı olurdu.
