"Das nächte mal suche ich ein kleineres Hotel im Ort."

Die Aussicht über Bad Mergentheim vom Balkon ist sehr schön, sofern man in den oberen Zimmern wohnt. Zimmereinrichtung war nett.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Außeranlage ungepflegt. Der Check in eine Katastrophe. Ich musst erst eine Mitarbeiterin in diesem riesigen Haus finden, die eine Buchungsnummer am Terminal eintragen musste, um mich einzuchecken. Check out und Zahlung erst ab 7:30 Uhr möglich. Ich musste geschäftsbedingt bereits 7 Uhr abreisen. Die Rechnung kam später per Email. Das muss man aber wissen oder auch irgendwo lesen können. Personal kann dazu nichts sagen. Parkplätze ums Hotel sehr schwierig. Vielleicht war ein Tiefgaragenplatz buchbar.

Geen personeel bij incheck. Slecht dinerbuffet. Karig ontbijt. Onduidelijke procedures parkeren en inchecken.

Lage des hotels

Das Essen im Restaurant sehr schlecht, Pizza halb roh, alte Suppen, salate ohne Dressing, jeden Tag gleiche, Tortellini matschig ohne Geschmack. Die Zimmer unsauber, Kakerlaken im Zimmer ekelhaft. Bar war zu.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Tauberblick, Bad leider etwas beengt. Gutes Frühstück mit tollte Käseauswahl, Brötchen leider nur Aufbackware.

die zweite Sauna schon seit längerem nicht in Betrieb.

Self-Check-In fand ich nicht gut, möchte doch gerne persönlich begrüßt werden und mir alle Begebenheiten erklären lassen. War sehr befremdlich.
