"Preis ok, elektronisch Einchecken ist ok, dann muss es aber auch funktionieren, Dusche warm ist ein Muss"

Techn. Probleme beim einchecken, kein Personal Vorort, kam dann aber schließlich, war nett und half, kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen, Möbel der Jahrhundertwende

Es war schlicht und einfach desolat. Lediglich eine Person die uns das Zimmer zeigen konnte. Wir hatten ein Comfort Zimmer gebucht, aber lediglich ein Einfaches Zimmer bekommen und bezahlt. Es waren keine Zahnputzbecher im Bad, von Seife zum Händewaschen ganz zu schweigen. Ansprechpartner zur Behebung der Missstände fehlten gänzlich. Man war alleine auf sich gestellt um die Misstände zu beseitigen
