Alfama The Best

The property was beautiful and in a central location. There were restaurants and stores everywhere. It was very easy to travel to, and from. The locals were so friendly.

Nothing. Everything about the property was exceptional.

It was in a nice location. Easy to check in and access. Nice that a laundry lad was provided.

The room was freezing. Understanding it was not designed for cold weather, the small heater was not very effective. The pillows were so hard - had a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Stairs were very steep and narrow.

The second bedroom was substandard. Photo's did not clearly show the size of the second bedroom which was a small space under the roof. It had to be accessed via a steep set of stairs where I was unable to stand up or keep my luggage. I notified the host about the situation and was told that the information about having a low ceiling was provided and they therefore could not do anything to assist. Following my communication's with the host the one photo of the bedroom was removed from their site. Very disappointing

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center, close to everything you might want to see or do in Lisbon. It’s not completely quiet (as you’d expect in such a central area), but it was never noisy or uncomfortable for us. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were super kind and always willing to help with tips about the city. Some reviews mentioned the stairs. yes, they are a bit steep, but it’s really not a big deal once you know it in advance. We went there aware of it, and everything went perfectly. Overall, a great experience and an excellent place to stay in Lisbon. We would definitely come back!

Realmente era como sentirse en casa , el departamento era perfecto , con la mejor ubicación de la ciudad, super recomendado , no te asustes con la escalera , es parte de la experiencia de estar en Lisboa, saludos desde Chile

La ubicación en el barrio de la Alfama quedando cerca andando de los puntos más turísticos.

La limpieza fue muy deficiente: las fundas de almohada las encontramos amarillas y con manchas de humedad, y la sábana de la cama con manchas oscuras de suciedad y pelos. Nos pusimos en contacto con el alojamiento que trajeron solo fundas limpias (entraron sin avisar), y al segundo aviso trajeron las sábanas de la cama la noche antes del check out. Dormimos con la sábana de otra cama más pequeña por encima que estaba menos sucia. La subida al apartamento son escaleras muy empinadas, no es adecuado para gente con problemas de movilidad o gran equipaje al no haber ascensor.
