"todo bien solo mas dedicacion en la pieza se ve un poco dejada de lado"

falta mas atencion en las piezas...se nota poco cuidado en el dormitorio.. el televisor parecia un tablet de pequeño closet innecesariamente grande. puerta del baño no cerraba. faltaban las almohadas pero se soluciono de inmediato y se nos dio un trago de cortesia, bien ahi. en definitiva es buen hotel, solo como sugerencia colocarle como se dice en chileno " mas amor a la pieza" que se sienta agradable la estadia. desayuno impecable personal amable y atento

"Un hotel con historia, cultura y mucha hospitalidad"

Realmente disfrutamos nuestra estadía en Wenupillan Hotel Boutique en Villarrica. La ubicación es excelente, y el dueño junto a su esposa fueron, sin duda, lo mejor de la experiencia: muy amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con todo lo que necesitábamos. Se nota el cariño que le ponen al lugar. Lo que lo hace aún más especial es que el dueño se toma el tiempo de explicar la cultura mapuche, incluyendo el significado de algunas palabras, obras de arte y símbolos que se ven en todo el hotel. Esto hace que la estadía se sienta personal y auténtica. El hotel es muy acogedor y está lleno de hermosos detalles que reflejan la cultura mapuche en cada rincón.

Lo único a mejorar sería que a nuestra habitación le faltaba un velador, pero es un detalle menor. En general, fue una excelente experiencia y recomendamos totalmente este hotel tan lindo y especial.

Alojamiento cercano al centro de Villarrica y al Lago, Desayuno surtido y muy rico, la habitación cómoda y personal amable.

La ducha era un poco pequeña pero el resto del baño está bien

Edificio muy viejo, el baño muy pequeño, en la ducha casi no entra UNA persona, parking con capacidad para dos autos, precio exagerado por lo que ofrece.
