No me gustó nada,es horrible!!

Muy mala atención, instalaciones horribles,aseo pésimo Llegamos y nos atendió una señorita con una horrible actitud, le comenté Lo mal que se veía todo y nos contestó que no tenía idea de nada. Le pregunté por estacionamiento y me contestó déjelo en la calle nomás !! Y simplemente cerró la puerta y se fue dejándonos afuera ! Además quieren cobrar un servicio que no utilizamos! Esto es estafar a los clientes y lo peor es que está plataforma no verifica la calidad de lo que ofrece. Muy mala experiencia

El personal, el desayuno, la limpieza.

Baño mediocre: porta rollo de papel higiénico roto, en ducha no hay jabonera, puerta baño no cierra. Al parecer hinchada. Frazadas llenas de ácaros. Muchos insectos dentro de la habitación. Desde arañas hasta polillas.

El personal amable y con buena disposición y la comida super bien, bien preparada y a tiempo

El baño de la pieza era pesimo, la tina estaba rota, saltada y sucia. Las dependencias son muy antiguas y sin mayor renovación.

Empezando,llegamos el día 6 de diciembre para el check in y nos dicen que tienen todo copado,reconociendo que la reserva estaba hecha y lo único que hicieron fué hecharle la culpa a la aplicación y no dando ninguna solución.

La ubicación

Parte de las instalaciones estaban sin mantencion, nos tocó un dormitorio que por la noche se inundó, pero el personal a cargo no dudó en cambiarnos
