Too small for 4 people, sofa bed was super uncomfortable, noisy from the streets and the upper floor tenants, air conditioner and the fridge too noisy throughout the night, not a single wardrobe or chest of drawers to keep clothes in.

Everything was great. We had a great time. It was overall clean, cute and extremely affordable. Although we had some towels that were not super clean, we texted the property and received new ones within hours. Super happy with the communication.

The only negative is that locking the door or opening it from outside is very tough as it is not fully functioning, but overall it is a small issue that I am sure will be resolved soon.

Easy accessibility, kitchen is well equipped, confortable space overall. Host was available right away with text messages.

The electric stove working a bit weird, taking to long to heat up. And the sofá feels a bit to big for the space.

Location was amazing and the apartment was super cute. Balcony gave the Portugal feel with the side streets.

Found the host could have had better communication. When I booked I let her know we had an early flight looking for an early check in. She made no effort to make the early check in by letting us drop off our luggage or suggest one of the storage company. Exhausted from flight and time change we had to drag our luggage around all day. We didn’t get access till right at the check in time. Sorry we hadn’t booked elsewhere so we could if enjoyed the day without hauling luggage.

The room was big enough for our party of three. Clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy as instructions were clear and accurate. Local facilities are on hand with more only a 2 minute walk away. The centre of Lisbon is only about a 10-minute walk away with many bars, cafes, and restaurants on the way.

The shower is useable but not great with a poor flow of water.

Crazy partying at night, impossible to sleep with the noise and music coming from the Alfama neighborhood.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. The facilities are excellent.

We faced significant issues due to the host’s mistake. We were initially placed in the wrong apartment, which caused considerable inconvenience. We had to move to the correct apartment in the morning and deal with disruptions, including disputes with other guests. This oversight impacted our overall experience.
