Probably the worst Motel experience of my life and I have stayed in hundreds all over the . Check in took a very long time since I had pre booked and paid in advance. the lady working spoke with a heavy accent and wore a mask behind a thick plate glass window making it impossible to understand her. The T V didn't work and she didn't seem to understand their cable was off. The room floor was in terrible condition the toilet didn't work properly and the room had bugs that were everywhere on the floor but didn't seem to get on any furniture the bed was worn out on the side closest to the door and I had to get in the middle of the bed to keep from rolling off no coffee or breakfast even though the website said they furnished both this was a horrible stay and will not be back

The first room, we were sent to, which we refused, had mold in every corner of ceilings and baseboards. A puddle of water approximately 3ft by 3 ft was standing on the floor inside the door. The second room we were given had no mold but the sheets were dirty and the sink, bath, and toilet were dirty. The floors in both rooms were buckled from water damage

The room had fresh pain and was upgraded somewhat. The floor was torn in the entrance. The air unit made a horrible noise. The bathroom was not upgraded or painted and it had BLACK mold all over the ceiling. We are hoping we don't get sick from this!!!!!
