The location couldn't be better to explore Lisbon. Easy to travel to all points of interest, and in Chiado and Bairro Alto we found a fantastic vibrant atmosphere. It is not a quiet area, but we would not expect this when booking in this area. Appartement is good, clean and well equipped, we had a couple of minor issues that management team did their best to fix, good communication.

"Great location, medium quality"

Location: downtown, close to metro, tram and buses. Close to bars and restaurants. Marco: The guy that let us in during check in was very friendly and welcoming.

Room Quality: The building was cheaply renovated. Living room Floor is cracking a lot. Communication: A lot of automated reminders and processes reminding me to do stuff I had already done. Sequence of messages did not make sense too.
