Days Inn by Wyndham Statesville

We love this motel--the staff are so helpful and friendly. It is clean, quiet, close to our favorite restaurant, and easy to get to. We come here all the times we go North each year.

Tub needs replacing, door not closing tightly, poor pillows, hard to find property..needed to ask directions. Happy with the price!

Front desk staff were awful and took their bad day out on us. Wouldn’t let us check in and refused to refund us.

The building is old. The bathroom floor and wall tiles were cracked. The tub was cracked and black filled the lines. People right outside of my room drank beers, played music loudly from a truck and talked loudly throughout the night! When I asked the front desk if I could have a late check out because I was up so late, sleeping on and off and missed the breakfast, he said I could have 30 extra minutes because they had a cleaning schedule. What a horrible experience with no compassion whatsoever and no mention of what I explained to him regarding the previous night's experience. Wow!

This place should be condemned!!! We were so uncomfortable just checking in that we knew it wasnt our kinda of place to stay. Blinds were damaged…. The bathroom was disgusting, the room stunk badly of smoke and there is NO WAY we could have stayed. Even the people outside were scary. I would have gone to a shelter before staying here. We ended up going up the street and paid only $40 for a beautiful newly decorated room… How is this? I want my money back! Please have one of your staff stay there and let me know how they feel? Word of advise… get this offer off your listing. I heard there was a soccer team suppose to stay there and they had to leave as well… very frightening. Please have someon contact me.

Horrible condition, much repair needed, half of the property is closed/inoperable but the whole property should be. I did not check in. I need a refund by have not been able to get anyone from expedia on the phone. Take this and all Days Inn by Wyndham off your list.

Only booked here because my husband has been working for the last four weeks straight and this is where his company booked for him to stay. Second morning here and as I’m brushing my 3 year olds hair I noticed a bug. She had lice!! I found one bug and two eggs. When I brought it up to the man he replied with “No. No. That room has already been treated” Book somewhere else!!

What a dump! Trash in parking lot. Looks like a place a homeless person would stay and they were there as well. Half the rooms were not available due to “Construction “ if at all possible stay elsewhere. Breakfast was a joke. Tiny bathroom disposable cups for juice like 2 oz, granola bars was breakfast. Oh boy!
