Good location, close to shopping areas Staff were friendly and polite

First room washroom was dirty, smelly, and taps were moldy Used soap was left in the washroom Bedsheets had visible stain marks Room was promised ready by 11:30 AM but was still not ready at 2:00 PM, Had to wait another 10–15 minutes after returning Requested room change for a 3-day stay Second room washroom was better, but bedsheets still had stains Mosquitoes in the room (saw at least 4); my child was bitten No refrigerator, safety locker, iron, or hairdryer Toiletries were missing and had to be requested Not worth the price; better rooms available for similar rates Booked based on reviews but the stay was not pleasent Only used the room to sleep, yet it was not comfortable
