The hotel is within walking distance of the town

The WiFi wasn’t working at all. As I’m from Malaysia, I relied entirely on the hotel WiFi to check in for my flight. I reported the poor connection twice, and although the receptionist assured me they would look into it, the issue was never resolved.

"But for food served, it's a great accommodation"

Excellent customer treatment by the entire staff. Cleanliness and hygiene with good housekeeping. Well maintained rooms. Nearer to busiest Pondy Bazaar.

Disappointed with the breakfast buffet service. Just a single dish was served. If you can't serve, please cancel the buffet.

Location and Hari at the reception provided excellent service

The bedsheets were pretty run down, the shower amenities were not good and pillows were not that good. Rest location, service, staff and food was outstanding.
