Pebbles Serviced Apartments

I checked in at 3.30 AM and again checked out at 4.30 AM. It was done nicely. Location of the property is excellent.

House keeping was not done even once though I stayed Two days. Bed was not made up, Room, Toilet and bathroom were not cleaned. Bathroom door is damaged and doesnot close. The Breakfast was below average. Pongal was just a paste. No white chutney provided.

Friendly staff at reception and in dining room

Mattress was not comfortable i woke several times through the night with pain in my back. We turned the mattress over through the night which helped a little but was still uncomfortable. There were mosquitoes in the room also I think they came through the exhaust fan in the bathroom maybe.

Comfortable stay,neat and centrally located

Close to many restaurants and eateries on the main street. The hotel is tucked away from the main street by about 20-30 metres, so it's a little bit more quiet.

It is a tad unclear from the eye. The photos don't really show how gritty it really is. The toilet/bathroom seems quite unclean and gritty. The metal bar holders seem to have some rust and possibly some mould building up.
