"It’s a scam"

This should not be a hotel. Only a small portion of the block of buildings even has power. The doors are white washed and rusty. There are mattresses and trash scattered about. Looking from the outside in, a few of the windows are broken in the “functioning” part of the hotel, and there are mattresses leaning against the windows that are still there. At least my door locked. I don’t know how they are allowed to advertise this as a hotel.

"Unacceptable and fraud"

We arrived in the dark and the hotel was mostly burnt out as they had had two fires yet they were trying to put people in a couple rooms partially functional. This is fraud compared to what was seen on Hotels.com. Since we had prepaid, we were forced to stay in a hotel next door owned by the same company when we just wanted to get away from this awful experience. Hotels.com thought as long as we got a room it was ok. It was not!!!!

No hot water in sink or shower. Big dead spider in bathroom. Door was broken. Window glass broken. Heater broken. Building needs to be knocked down. Start over. Good breakfast at the Super 8 next door.

"Very-Low budget Inn"

When we entered the room it had not been cleaned; beds unmade and towels on the floor. The refrigerator door was open and running, There was blood spots on the bathroom sink, and there was a mouse in the bathtub.

"Not a good place to stay "

This place is a dump. No lobby, no molding around the door so bugs walked right in, TV had to be reset every time it was tirned on, bathroom fixtures falling off the wall, and overall dirty. Bed was okay and it was quiet.

I was told by the worker at the Super 8 next door that the property was off site for the Budget Inn in Sterling. When I pulled, the Budget Inn looked run down and closed. The worker at the Super 8 said that they run rentals for the Budget Inn and that the pictures on hotels.com are deceiving because they are not accurately representing the Budget inn. I ended up staying at the Super 8, which was clean and nice. I will never stay at a Budget Inn anywhere in the future.

"Worst place EVER "

the hotel had to be condemned! You had to check in at the Super8 as the Lobby was boarded up! We tried to get in and the key did not work so went back to the super8 and said we could not stay there ! The windows were broken and boarded up! The roof was tore off then we had to pay an additional 24 dollars to stay at the Super 8 which you at Hotel.com should reimburse us ! I trust your reviews don’t you ever check out the places you recommend? I have pictures if you would like them!
