The front desk gave another guest a key to our room and at 2 am the door slammed into the safety bolt waking up both my sister and me. We were two women alone in a hotel room and were scared to death. We didn't know what to do. So, we waited until the sun came up so that we could check out. When we checked out the front desk guy told us there was a glitch in their reservation system. We told him they should have called us to tell us what happened so that we weren't so scared. No offer of a discount, nothing. Just repeatedly told us it was a "glitch"! This place is horrible.

Broken windows, run down, locks didn’t work, very old facility

No mirror over sink makes it hard to shave. No batteries in the TV remote. Most of the lights dont work. Full size fridge in room with dents like the dropped it down the stairs or piced it up at the arc. The shower was so dirty that I skiped showering and moved on down the road. It got the job done for a place to sleep for the night but not much better than just sleeping in my truck. I am going to be in the area several nights a week all summer and will not be staying here again. P.S. You check in at the Super 8 as the office is closed for this hotel. The front desk advised that this property is run by the Super 8. Based on the lack of basic maintanence and ability of the staff to complete basic cleaning, I wont stay at the Super 8.

First off I prepaid for my room. I got to the hotel and it took an hour to check in at the motel 8 due to a sign telling me to check in over there. Then as I approached the hotel it was a mess. Windows were busted out and it was a wreck. I tried to cancel my reservations but it was late and even the next day I could not. I stayed at a different motel. I did not even attempt to climb the stairs to see the room. The salmagundi was so extensive to the other rooms that I did not want to chance staying there.

The room smelled like pee and then discovered the toilet had week old pee in toilet and the toilet would not flush the window glass was also broken. Very sketchy on the property

Very dirty had to go through 3 rooms before getting a decent room. Although front desk was friendly about it, that did not excuse the condition an smell of the building and rooms

I didn't actually stay at the Budget Inn. It turns out that hotel is closed for remodeling which I didn't know and which wasn't stated online. So when I tried to find the hotel to check in, this caused some issues. I couldn't find the hotel because there is no sign since it is being remodeled. It really would have been nice to know that I was actually suppose to check in at a Super 8.

Dirty and old property used as long term workers housing. Noisy, ants, incredibly strict pet rules, especially for two tiny dogs plus an extra fee. Unless your desperate keep driving.

Its being renovated. really sketchy looking. Gave me a room...went in and garbage all over floor, beds not made, etc. So they put us in sister hotel (super 8). Got into that room and smelly....found 2 garbage cans had not been emptied. old food containers, etc. Would rex either of these hotels.
