The rooms are horrible and the rooms smelled of mold sheets were stained and floors were very dirty bathrooms are very small and wifi was horrible I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else at all this place lost my business for good.and they send you someplace else to go swimming to use another hotel swimming pool.

All was ok - no tv — system was down— clean room- but needs lots of work

No phone, unfinished spots on ceiling, no stopper for sink, no wifi. Barebones tolerable.

Tv and wifi did not work as advertised. Property badly taken care of. Had to be moved next door. To get what was promised

Run down building!!! Windows cracked out everywhere, no security to get into building, you could tell people had been long term residents there. There were bugs filling the ceiling light fixtures, hair all over the floors and beds, no AC....you couldn't even check in at Budget Inn you had to check in at the Super 8 across the parking lot. No phones or internet at the building, as stated. Beyond disgusting. Door mats outside of rooms were tattered away, horrid smell of snoke masked by heavy incense or spray in the non smoking areas. We couldn't and DID NOT stay! Ruined part of the trip, no doubt!

Our reserved room was not available due to it still being dirty even for a very late check in and were initially told that no comparable rooms were available. An accommodation was only offered after my persistent insisting on one due to the extreme inconvenience. We were finally given a discounted upgrade but only after 40 minutes of negotiations with the front desk clerk who continuously stated he was new and the only one there so he didn’t know how to resolve my issue. He eventually called his manager who he was afraid to call at that time of night (around midnight) despite having a very frustrated customer with 2 very tired small children waiting for their “reserved” room. The manager approved the accommodation but even the “accommodation” wasn’t very accommodating!! Although the upgraded room looked much nicer, it was upstairs with no elevator and we were supposed to have a downstairs, handicap accessible room for a disabled guest. After struggling to get my elderly handicapped mother up the full flight of stairs, a late check out was requested due to spending over an hour attempting to check in and finally arrive in our room. We were told this was not a problem however, we still received a knock on the door at 11:08am telling us we needed to check out and the late check out request was never relayed to the next shift! This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced!!! We will never stay here again and are recommending others to go elsewhere as well!

There wasn’t anything stating that the super 8 next door was the place I needed to check in. The place looked deserted. The tv was stuck on 1 channel. There were no phones in the room to call the front desk of the super 8. The room was clean and comfortable outside of the things I mentioned.

The place was a nightmare! An abandoned building, no reception, had to go to Super 8 Motel to get a key. Room not cleaned after last visitors, no sheets or pillows, big blach bags of garbage, trashy place. Did not stay there, found a room at a different motel. Do NOT book a room there! Correctional facility right next to it.

The Norman Bates Motel would have been an upgrade to the partially abandoned, for all intents and purposes defunct facility with no phone, no Wi Fi, and TV only if you knew how to program for reception, Unmowed weeds for the "courtyard" and public area all pad locked. Check in and "free breakfast" was at the adjoining sister motel in the Wyndham system. Unbelievable!!!!!

Terrible place to stay. There were bugs in my rooms. There was leftover food in the refrigerator from a previous occupant.
